What You'll Do

As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive lead generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation to strengthen the dealership's visibility, brand, and sales. Duties include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business growth through targeted marketing programs.
  • Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Manage daily social media channels with strategic contents and engagements.
  • Manage inventory systems and update listings across all platforms.
  • Create SEO-optimized listings with quality photos, videos, and descriptions.
  • Track and report key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing (automotive industry an asset)
  • Proficient in using CRM Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and related tools
  • Familiarity with Auto Trader, CarGurus, and similar platforms is a plus
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
  • Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license; able to work on-site and in the field
