BE allows them to build a customizable platform that supports a wide range of revenue opportunities.   We have an opportunity for a Senior Email Specialist role to join our Marketing Team.  As the Senior Email Specialist, you will own the email marketing strategy and execution, including planning, segmentation, and optimization across all lifecycle stages. Reporting directly to the Head of B2B Growth Marketing, you will play a key part in driving engagement, conversion, customer growth and retention through personalized, data-informed campaigns across the buyer journey. The ideal candidate is an experienced email marketing professional who's eager to take ownership of a key channel.In this role you will: Channel Ownership & VisionDevelop and manage CRM-driven campaigns for prospects and customers, leveraging data for personalization and targeting.Build and optimize nurture programs that guide leads through the funnel and drive conversion.Define the role of email within the broader marketing mix, aligning campaigns with business goals (pipeline, retention, upsell).Build a long-term roadmap for lifecycle marketing, nurture streams, and segmentation strategies. Data-Driven OptimizationUse analytics to identify trends, segment audiences, and personalize messaging for higher engagement and conversion.Implement A/B testing frameworks and iterate based on performance insights.Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions UQL->MQL) and continuously iterate for improvement.Create and maintain email templates and automation workflows using best practices for deliverability and engagement.Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize results.Integration Across ChannelsEnsure email campaigns support integrated marketing efforts (paid, web, events) for a unified customer experience.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support integrated campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.Partners with CRM and automation teams to leverage data for personalization and attribution.Partner with the Growth and Web teams to align email efforts with inbound and paid strategies. Revenue ImpactMove beyond vanity metrics (open rates) to pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and retention KPIs.Design nurture programs that accelerate deal velocity and improve customer lifetime value.Regularly report on email performance and funnel impact while translating insights into actionable opportunities.Establish benchmarks for lifecycle performance by funnel stage and iterate to improve segmentation and performance. You are a great fit if you have:At least 4 years of experience in B2B email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.Good understanding of CRM and automation platforms such as Dynamics or similar tools.Familiarity with email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintaining clean, accurate data.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template edits.Knowledge of automated workflows, triggered campaigns, and segmentation logic.Experience ideating and creating compelling email content, with a solid grasp of campaign attribution.Proven project management and collaboration skills, with a track record of delivering campaigns across teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable in fast-paced environments.A positive, upbeat demeanor with a good sense of humor.Bonus points if you have:A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics.Background in financial services, technology or tech-enabled industries.Why us for your next career adventure? PressReader offers a hybrid work environment to balance the flexibility of working from home and being together to collaborate, celebrate, and connect.
