We specialize in providing high-quality flooring, fencing, decking, washroom products, and other construction materials to contractors, developers, builders, and retail customers.

Position Overview

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly creative and motivated Video Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of video and visual content production-from concept development to final output. Through compelling visual storytelling, you will showcase the beauty, quality, and application scenarios of our products, strengthen brand presence, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Production

  • Independently plan, shoot, and produce high-quality short videos, images, and motion content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), company website, online ads, and offline events.
  • Translate product features into engaging visual stories, including product showcases, tutorials, case studies, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Manage all on-site production tasks, including set design, lighting setup, camera operation, and coordination of shoot logistics.

2. Post-Production & Creative Packaging

  • Perform video editing, color grading, sound design, subtitle creation, and visual effects packaging.
  • Retouch and optimize photos, ensuring all visuals meet brand aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and brand identity across all outputs.

3. Content Distribution & Performance Optimization

  • Optimize content formats based on platform-specific requirements to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion), using insights to continuously refine content strategy.

4. Asset & Equipment Management

  • Maintain and organize the company's digital media asset library for easy access and long-term use.
  • Handle routine upkeep, maintenance, and management of filming equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, etc.).

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in video production and editing; portfolio or demo reel required.
  • Proficient in major editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and image-processing tools like Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Strong foundation in photography/videography including framing, lighting, camera operation, and visual composition.
  • Skilled in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting systems, audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, especially short-form video behavior and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent creativity, visual storytelling ability, and aesthetic judgment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home décor, building materials, interior design, or real estate–related content creation.
  • Drone license and experience with drone videography.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
