About The Opportunity…
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position includes saturdays and some evenings and is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or representative
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks and functions such as data input and assisting with the licensing process
• Accurately process and reconcile customer payments daily
• Maintain a welcoming and tidy showroom

About You….
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
