About the Team

• Pet parents' experience: Every day, we learn something new that helps our pet parents make better choices for their pets with our impressive knowledge of our products and passion for animals.
• Merchandising: We strive to impress our customers with the look and feel of our store. With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our associates play an integral role in helping our pet parents find what they need right when they need it.

You will be great in our stores as a Retail Associate if you:

Qualifications for the position:

· Previous retail and receptionist experience is a must You will answer phones and book appointments.

· We want a driven, self-motivated, outgoing person to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have great compassion for animals

· Sells services and products

· Provides recommendations according to pet parents' needs or preferences

· Operates the cash register and handles cash and credit card payments

· Handles refunds, exchanges, and returns

· Introduces promotions and new products to customers

· Documents sales by updating pet parents' records

· Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales goals

· Replaces products that are low in stock on the treat table and shelves

· Checks product expiration dates

· Tracks inventory and restock shelves when necessary

· Stamps, marks, and tags prices on merchandise

· Cleans and organizes the store

· Maintains the orderliness of the sales floor

Sales Associate Extra Duties

• Planning events
• Obtaining vaccination records
• Investigating and resolving pet parent queries
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all products

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
