Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant at Mercedes-Benz Thornhill, located in North York, ON. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring the sales floor is well-organized, and assisting with customer interactions. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, managing inventory, preparing sales documentation, and aiding in the sales process by providing necessary information and updates. The Sales Assistant will also coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales operation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Organization Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive services is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial
