Job Title: Full-Time Office Receptionist

Location: 9401 Jane Street, Maple On

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and fluent English-speaking Full-Time Office Receptionist to join our team. This is an in-office position (not remote) with responsibilities including:

  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
  • General office paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Telemarketing during available time
  • Communicating with clients professionally
  • Coordinating and arranging workers as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must have valid immigration status (SIN number required)
  • Must be available full-time — no students or part-time applicants
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Previous office or receptionist experience is an asset
