About The Opportunity…
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is full-time and includes saturdays and some evenings and is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or representative
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks and functions such as data input and assisting with the licensing process
- Accurately process and reconcile customer payments daily
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy showroom
About You….
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
