About The Opportunity…
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is full-time and includes saturdays and some evenings and is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or representative
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks and functions such as data input and assisting with the licensing process
• Accurately process and reconcile customer payments daily
• Maintain a welcoming and tidy showroom

About You….
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
