We're hiring an Operations & Growth Coordinator to help manage daily operations, improve systems, and support growth. You'll be the bridge between clients, cleaners, and management — helping Nestly run smoothly and scale confidently.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily scheduling and job coordination for residential, Airbnb, and light commercial cleanings.
  • Communicate with clients for booking confirmations, changes, and feedback.
  • Recruit, schedule, and support cleaners and field staff.
  • Track inventory and supplies; manage product restocks and distribution.
  • Support marketing activities — social posts, local outreach, emails, flyers.
  • Handle follow-ups, reschedules, and re-bookings to keep jobs consistent.
  • Step in for on-site visits or light cleanings in emergencies.
  • Provide weekly progress reports on bookings, client retention, and cleaner performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in cleaning, hospitality, or service operations (required).
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and self-driven.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients, staff, and tasks daily.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or scheduling tools.

Compensation & Perks

  • $2,100/month base salary + bonuses & commissions
  • .Performance bonuses for recurring client growth and business expansion.
  • Commissions for new clients brought in directly.
  • Fuel reimbursement for travel outside the GTA or emergency job coverage.
