About the Role

The Operations Site Coordinator plays a critical role in the efficient operation of a data center campus. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including service desk management, financial administration, contract management, project support, and document management. The Operations Site Coordinator is a point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and the client, ensuring smooth operations and a well-maintained operations team.

Main Responsibilities

/ Managing service desk and be first primary point of contact for clients during office hours;

/ Ensure client requests are followed up and client receives proper feedback on all requests and raises actions if needed;

/ Creating and maintaining reports for the on-site operations team;

/ Finance administration for site ops such as raising PO's and adding receipts, in collaboration with YOps Commercial Team;

/ Contract management such as onboarding new vendors and contract updates, in collaboration with YOps Commercial Team;

/ Support the site projects team with project delivery by creating work proposals, scope of works (SOW's) and project documentation and control;

/ Partner with the Admin team to maintain the site calendar and coordinate visitor events;

/ Manage onboarding of new site staff, including managing badge access;

/ Support standard services and site critical services and functions;

/ Support the site ops team to work on client systems and be the first point of contact for IT issues;

/ Support and ensure proper document management system is maintained

/ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and experience

/ Prefer 1-3 years experience working in a similar role;

/ Prefer experience working in a critical operational environment (equivalent to data center);

/ Proven planning and process management skills;

/ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English), be articulate, positive and efficient with your communication;

/ Working knowledge of Microsoft 365;
