About SharpStakes

SharpStakes is building the next generation of sports engagement — combining community, data, and gamification to help fans make smarter bets and enjoy sports on a deeper level. Our ambassador channel drives the majority of our growth, and we're scaling the systems, training, and operations behind it. This role is critical in shaping how hundreds of ambassadors perform, stay motivated, and improve over time.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to support and scale SharpStakes' Ambassador Program. You will manage day-to-day operations, onboarding, training, performance tracking, and communication for our ambassador team. Your goal is to make every ambassador more effective — and make the entire program run smoothly and predictably.

This is a hybrid role combining:

  • Program management
  • Sales enablement
  • Operations
  • Coaching & communication
  • Process building

You will work directly with ambassadors, leadership, and the Growth & Partnerships teams to ensure the ambassador engine is efficient, consistent, and high-performing.

What You'll Own

1. Onboarding & Training

  • Run the onboarding process for new ambassadors.
  • Train ambassadors on scripts, pitch flows, program mechanics, and expectations.
  • Create simple documentation, playbooks, and training modules.

2. Daily & Weekly Program Operations

  • Be the primary point of contact for ambassadors: answer questions, provide guidance, resolve issues.
  • Maintain smooth daily program execution (tracking, reminders, updates, etc.).
  • Coordinate operational tasks across multiple teams (support, product, leadership).

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards, sheets, and tracking systems.
  • Monitor output: calls, outreach, sign-ups, activations, conversions.
  • Keep leaders accountable with weekly summaries and performance breakdowns.

4. Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in the program and suggest improvements.
  • Drive morale and momentum within the community.

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator who enjoys helping and coaching others
  • Energized by building structure, process, and order
  • Proactive — you don't wait for instructions, you solve problems as soon as you see them
  • Collaborative — you work well across teams and enjoy being a connector

Backgrounds that excel in this role include:

  • Operations
  • Program management
  • Customer success
  • Sales coordination / sales operations
  • Community management
  • Campus leadership or ambassador programs

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong organizational + project management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build basic dashboards and tracking sheets
  • Comfortable with training, coaching, and supporting people
  • A strong sense of ownership over quality and performance

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ambassador or influencer programs
  • Exposure to sales operations or revenue operations
  • Experience in high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with the betting, sports, or creator ecosystem

Compensation

Competitive salary, growth opportunity, and the ability to work closely with the leadership team in a high-growth environment.
