Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager at FOCUS Cleaning. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing site operations assigned and maintaining relationships with clients. This includes conducting regular site visits, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities to upsell services. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and quality assurance of cleaning services, as well as collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • 5 to 6 years Experience in Operations management or client relationship management in a Cleaning Industry.
  • Experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services is must
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is required
  • A valid G license with clean record is a mandatory
