About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Assistant to support our growing real estate team. This role involves administrative work, client communication, marketing support, and transaction coordination. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and love helping clients, this is a great opportunity to grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and email management
  • Call new and existing leads, qualify them, and set appointments.
  • Follow up with inquiries and maintain strong communication with clients.
  • Prepare documents, contracts, and listing paperwork
  • Coordinate showings, inspections, and client appointments
  • Update and manage CRM, databases, and client follow-ups
  • Create marketing content, property feature sheets, and social media posts
  • Upload and maintain MLS listings and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset
  • Knowledge of real estate processes is an advantage (but training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Social media and basic marketing experience preferred
