Junior Real Estate Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in real estate sales and marketing within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The position requires working in one of our sales centres on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and certain hours during the week. The right candidate would gain experience to evolve into a full-time sales and leasing associate as the projects complete in the next 12-18 months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in real estate and develop their sales skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
Assist walk-in clients and inbound inquiries, offering friendly and professional guidance on property listings, the buying process, and market trends. - Sales Support:
Work closely with senior sales agents to support lead generation and follow-up efforts, ensuring that potential clients are nurtured throughout their journey. Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing property information, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. - Property Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the properties in our portfolio, the local real estate market, and competitive trends to effectively answer client questions and provide recommendations. - Lead Management:
Manage incoming leads by qualifying prospects, setting up viewings, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and leads to convert them into sales. - Market Research:
Conduct research on competitor listings, market conditions, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and assist in pricing strategies. - Sales Presentations & Viewings:
Support the sales team in conducting property viewings and provide detailed property tours, ensuring all client queries are answered in a knowledgeable and approachable manner. - CRM & Documentation:
Use CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and ensure proper documentation for property transactions. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment on promotional efforts, advertising campaigns, and sales goals.
Schedule: Flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week. Will be required to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required. A passion for real estate and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry is essential. - Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, client-focused attitude
- Presentable and polished with a positive demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (preferred)
