What You'll Do

  • Connect with leads and clients via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
  • Represent buyers and sellers while putting clients' needs first.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Attend property showings, listing presentations, and client meetings.
  • Guide clients through the entire home buying and selling process.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • No Real Estate experience required We have a proven track record of training brand new agents to become top producers.
  • Proficient with technology
  • Self-motivated, Self-managed, and Driven by Performance.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, multi tasking & time management.
  • People skills A desire to succeed and help clients reach their real estate goals.
  • Integrity & honesty
