About Us

SKA Thermal House is a wellness-focused facility offering exceptional relaxation experiences through our hydrotherapy amenities, including pools, saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunges. As the holiday season approaches, we experience a higher volume of calls and bookings — and we're looking for a Seasonal Call Centre Representative to join our team immediately and support our front-line operations during this busy period.

Position Overview

This is a seasonal position running from now through December 23rd, with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will handle incoming calls, assist with appointment scheduling, and provide outstanding customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
  • Book and manage appointments using the Mindbody software system
  • Provide accurate information about services, availability, pricing, and promotions
  • Assist guests with rescheduling or cancellations as needed
  • Communicate effectively with spa management and front desk teams
  • Maintain a calm and welcoming tone, even during busy periods
  • Perform light administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Mindbody or other scheduling software is a strong asset
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Available for immediate start and committed through December 23rd

Schedule & Compensation

  • Seasonal contract: Immediate start – December 23rd
  • Potential for part-time or full-time employment after the contract period
  • Flexible scheduling, including some evenings or weekends as needed
  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience
