Position Overview
This is a dual role where you'll gain hands-on experience both at the front desk and chairside. You'll greet patients, schedule appointments, assist the dental team during procedures, and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Handle phone calls, payments, and insurance submissions
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
Assisting Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support the dentist during procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
- Help patients feel comfortable before and during treatment
Qualifications
- No dental experience required — full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
