Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate pedicurist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a variety of aesthetic treatments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to sanitation, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests while promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, including possible body waxing, Scandinavian head spa and pedicures.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products during treatments and conducting product demos.
  • Upsell services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best services possible.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aesthetician /Pedicurist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic treatments.
  • Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques.
