Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering personalized treatments, promoting skincare products, and contributing to a welcoming environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction and overall well-being. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to sanitation, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
  • Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures.
  • Offer hair styling services when applicable, including styling and blowouts.
  • Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and retail products.
  • Assist guests at the front desk with check-in/out procedures, appointment scheduling, and guest services.
  • Upsell skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Engage in retail sales efforts through effective communication and product knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist.
  • Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate clients about products and services.
  • Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest services is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$130.00 per hour
