We are a modern self-care brand reimagining skincare as a lifestyle. We're creating a beauty-meets-wellness experience that's warm, minimalist, and results-driven — offering facial services that feel as good as they look.

We're looking for an experienced, medically trained Aesthetician to help us develop signature facial protocols for our upcoming launch. These will become the foundation for staff training, brand consistency, and scalable operations as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Develop 3–5 signature facial protocols that balance results and relaxation.
  • Create detailed, easy-to-follow step-by-step treatment guides (with timing, products, and equipment usage).
  • Recommend product lines and back-bar setups suited to a membership-style facial studio.
  • Ensure all protocols are safe, efficient, and compliant with BC spa and health standards.
  • Advise on advanced add-on services (e.g., LED, dermaplaning, microcurrent, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the founder to align protocols with the brand's vision and client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Aesthetician with 5+ years of experience in a medical spa or advanced skincare setting.
  • Experience developing or training others on facial protocols.
  • Deep understanding of skin physiology, treatment layering, and client care.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills — able to translate expertise into easy-to-train systems.
  • Passion for creating treatments that feel elevated yet approachable.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in facial bar or express facial concepts (e.g., Glowbar, Heyday, Face Foundrie).
  • Knowledge of membership-based business models.
  • Product education or training experience.

Compensation

Project-based or hourly rate depending on experience.
