Do you have what it takes?
- Previous laser experience (Ideal)
- Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Technician (Required)
- Aesthetician/Cosmetician/laser technician or LPN certification or diploma (Ideal)
- Retail Experience (Required)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
Responsibilities:
- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
- Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
- Own responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of training
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
- Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
- Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
- Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
- Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
- Work effectively both independently and in a team
- Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
- Participate in promotional and educational events
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
