Summary:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Department: HR/Admin Department

Reports to: HR Manager

Position Type: Temporary Part Time

Location: Aurora, Ontario

Hourly Rate Range: $19 - $21

We are actively looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the HR and offer as required.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor the cleaning service vendor to ensure all high-touch areas are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Ensure the kitchen and first aid room are organized, clean, and properly stocked.
  • Maintain related office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain all literature and information boards, ensuring they are up-to-date and fully stocked.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents and mails
  • Assist to coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Assist in coordinating social activities and arranging catering for special events.
  • Provide administrative support for general office operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree is a plus
  • One year experience in Office Administration if preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
