**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to Production and Project Manager(s)
- Assist with managing installation schedule and printing work orders
- Obtain various permits and locates for future installations
- Create POs, purchase materials and hardware, and monitor expenditures
- Arrange for rental equipment to be dropped off and picked up at various work sites
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, printing work orders, etc.
- Assist in other departments as needed
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Previous project and/or administrative experience
- Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google workplace Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets)
- Previous experience in the Construction, Manufacturing, or Sign Industry is an asset
**Soft Skills**:
- Computer literate/tech savvy
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication skills
- Self-starter and with a willingness to learn and experience
