Family Dayhome Agency, provides child care and preschool services throughout the province of Alberta.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to administration office staff

– Assist with managing calendars & scheduling appointments

-Coordinating tours with new parents in dayhome locations

-Coordinating informative sessions for new educators

-Organizing new enrollment and closing sales for new childcare spots

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Time Saver software

  • Utilize Microsoft office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

  • Organize and file documents in both physical and digital formats

  • Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors

-Attending fairs and events to promote our services

-Administrate Registration spots, enrollment, ending of service process, and surveys

-Managing social media and marketing campaigns

Experience:

- Administrative role

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Social Media & Time Saver software.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading documents

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Experience in customer service and excellent communication skills

Requirements:

-Police Record Check Vulnerable Sector updated (MUST)

-3 Reference letters

-English expert level (MUST)

-Spanish (Preferably)

-ECE certificate minimum level 1 (Preferably)

Hours of work:

8:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday. Some days the hours can be extended.

* This job is on site (no remote)

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer service, sales & providing administrative support.

Pay: $17.00-$19.64 per hour
