As a Customer Care Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Our company prides itself on maintaining high standards, and we believe that a happy, well-cared-for team is key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions and office organization.
  • Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Support the sales team with order processing and management.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order placement and tracking.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand roles and responsibilities effectively.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive team environment.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify and Flexiti is a plus.
  • Understanding of retail operations and team dynamics.
