Since 1970, Economy Glass (a division of Superior Paint & Body) has been serving Calgary and the southern Alberta area. Economy Glass is your professional choice for quality residential, commercial, and auto glass installation and repair.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**:

- Active listening, interpersonal skills, communication, complaint resolution, empathy, and positivity
- Convey information effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing, ensuring customers feel heard and understood
- Identify issues quickly and accurately, analyze information skillfully, and develop solutions that effectively address customer needs
- Demonstrate genuine care and understanding
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer service and support
- Demonstrate the ability to recover from setbacks quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Skills in operating systems, software suites like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, communication tools, and any specific software relevant to the role.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
