Position Overview

As an Estate Administrator, you will provide an exceptional member experience managing and administering estate accounts through the achievement and application of member relationship management tools and techniques. On behalf of members, you will ensure that estate plans are executed smoothly and according to legal requirements and member wishes. Plus, you will be Involved in direct interaction with beneficiaries, legal professionals, and financial services team members to manage the distribution of assets, resolve issues, and provide guidance through the estate settlement process. Further, you will model a consistently high level of member focused, personalized quality service and provide support and assistance to other team members.

(This position is a bargaining unit position)

Schedule Description

Permanent Full-Time – 37 Hours per week

Monday: 8:15am - 3:00pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

(37 hrs./week)

Note: These hours may be altered due to operational requirements.

Wage scale: $ $32.82 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 18 months experience in Estate administration, probate, legal or financial services?

Willingness to obtain a Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration within 18 months of obtaining the position.

OR

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
