About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Licensed or soon-to-be Licensed Realtor who wants to accelerate their real estate career by learning directly from top-producing agents.

This is not a traditional administrative role — it's a paid mentorship. You'll work hands-on with our high-performing Realtors, gaining real-world experience in every aspect of the business. You'll be paid to learn the systems, skills, and mindset that drive success — and when you're ready, you'll have the support and opportunity to transition into a producing Realtor role on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Work daily with top-producing Realtors to support client service and operations
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, buyer walkthroughs, and home inspections
  • Manage communication with clients and vendors while providing exceptional customer service
  • Create and post marketing materials using Canva and social media platforms
  • Schedule photographers, stagers, and signage installations
  • Prepare and organize documents for listings, offers, and closings
  • Conduct market research and assist with pricing strategies and property evaluations
  • Maintain organized records and data in our CRM and brokerage portals

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Realtor (or currently completing real estate licensing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a desire to learn and grow
  • Experience with social media marketing and Canva is an asset
  • Strong work ethic, ambition, and willingness to take initiative
