As our Development Coordinator, you'll support our Development Director from early design through construction, ensuring that AutoCAD models and project documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project objectives.

This role combines digital coordination with development support—ideal for someone who is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoying being part of planning, design, and construction teams. Your key duties will include:

  • Coordinate and manage AutoCAD models and project documentation from concept through construction.
  • Develop and manage project-specific execution plans and related AutoCAD documentation.
  • Conduct model audits and clash detection to identify potential construction issues.
  • Provide model-based solutions, drawing exports, schedules, and reports for internal teams and consultants.
  • Train and support team members in AutoCAD and best practices.
  • Assist the Development Director with:
  • Project ID Requests and project folder creation
  • Preliminary plan development and initial site plan design
  • Site test fits and floor plan concept layouts
  • Room mix / suite type selection
  • Conceptual design development
  • Zoning analysis and preliminary site survey assessment
  • Architectural and engineering design development
  • Feasibility analysis and cost estimation
  • Permitting and regulatory compliance review
  • Site plan reviews with hotel and restaurant operation

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of architectural experience with relevant experience in construction coordination and/or digital modelling workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Enscape, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
