The Haebler Group, a well-established general contracting firm based in Vancouver, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and professional development while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects in both the commercial and residential sectors.

We're looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination role within the construction industry. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents throughout all phases of construction.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination In Canada
  • Based in the Lower Mainland
  • BCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and scheduling tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Procore is an asset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers across one or more projects
  • Assist project managers with meeting documentation, follow-ups with subcontractors, and organizing project materials
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of shop drawings
  • Issue and follow up on site instructions
