Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our Medical Spa team. You'll be the key connection between clients and our treatments, helping guests choose the right skincare packages, upselling advanced services, and managing membership renewals. This position combines beauty, wellness, and sales, offering unlimited earning potential through commissions on every action.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Sell new clients on our range of facials & body treatment packages and upsell current spa members on additional services and package renewals.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Solicit and gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Review Management: Proactively seek and collect reviews from clients to build our online reputation and attract new business.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports, including sales figures, client feedback, and inventory levels.
  • Front Desk Oversight: Oversee front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and handling client inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with inventory management, participate in marketing initiatives, and collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a spa or skincare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and treatments preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (scheduling software, etc.).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
