The Shores Skin Clinic is currently looking for a full-time or part-time receptionist & social media manager/content creator. We are looking for the perfect addition to our team that has exceptional customer service and social media marketing skills.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Description**:

- Learning and understanding our treatments and protcols to effectivly offer exceptional customer service in-clinic and over the phone.
- Greeting and assisitng clients.
- Strategizes and manages video reels, TikTok content, and photography for day-to-day social and upcoming campaigns
- Create relevant social media content by capturing and editing photos, videos, and digital designs.
- Implement and manage influencer marketing strategy.
- Build social media following and engage with posts in a quick and timely manner.
- Assist in blog content
- Deliver quality production content that appeals to our audiences, attracts customers, and boosts brand awareness

*Perform other duties as assigned*

**Qualifications**:

- **Positive attitude**:

- **MUST be experienced** with TikTok, video reels, photography, and videography
- MUST have a flexible schedule (willing to check feed and produce/engage with content periodically on weekends)
- **MUST understand** social media algorithms and trends and successfully perform
- Photoshop and graphic design is an asset
- Background in social media, PR, influencer/digital marketing, design, communications
- Highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
