Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. **Responsibilities**: You will be responsible for managing, supporting and training ‘Hayward Authorized Service Centers’ within your defined territory. You will also be responsible for recruitment of new service centers when required to support Hayward customers in your territory. You will be responsible for all managerial aspects of contracted service partners and as a liaison between the customer and the service partner. Additional responsibilities include training and support for distributor and retail customers, working in concert with the sales team. Qualifications: What we're looking for.... - Current knowledge of local building codes involving pool equipment installations. - At least 3-5 years of technical field management experience, including hands-on field technical service experience. - Experience in the pool and related industry network is preferred. - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of Windows based PC skills. - An independent self-starter who can handle all aspects of field service management and is detailed oriented & organized. - Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
