We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated **Front Desk Spa Coordinator**to join our team. This is a full-time position, approximately 30 hours per week, with a requirement for availability on evenings and weekends.
- Be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, including booking appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Possess a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- Have prior administrative or reception experience, preferably within the spa or beauty industry.
- Be a collaborative and outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the world of wellness and beauty.
