As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be stepping into a full-time, permanent position, exclusively based on-site at our Fox Creek office. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, including front reception duties as the first point of contact, managing interactions with contractors, overseeing special date events, handling extra payments such as invoices, and being open to learning some of our shipping responsibilities to provide coverage during vacations. Additionally, you'll play an active role in our Social Club, contributing significantly to its activities and engagement.
A day in the life of the Administrative Coordinator includes:
- Update office records & databases containing personnel & office data
- Book employee courses & hearing tests
- Assist colleagues & employees where necessary
For this role, come equipped with:
- Computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc) skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information
In a perfect world, you also have one to two years' of experience in an office setting, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn.

The salary range for this position is: $52,500 - $65,500.
