**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions using the Micros POS system
- Lead, train, and develop staff through effective team management and interviewing techniques
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and hospitality among staff
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food handling practices to guarantee safety in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the food industry

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Previous supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience in interviewing and training new staff members is a plus
- Background in hotel or barista settings is advantageous but not required
