Responsibilities include:
**Restaurant Manager duties and responsibilities are below**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant and food service
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Handling and filing paperwork such as invoices, receipts, etc.
- Monitoring expenses and food costs.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Planning and ensuring the execution of the daily/weekly prep schedule.
- Assigning prep tasks to other employees as required.
- Keeping track of inventory and placing food orders with suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the Food Service industry
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine
