**Duties**

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and upholds esthetics standards.
- Monitor staff schedules and ensures that budgeted labour costs are met.
- Interacts with guests to ensure all inquiries, guest recovery and complaints are handled promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for order management and financial reporting.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance within the establishment.
- Proficient in POS systems for efficient order processing and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff across various departments including kitchen, bar, and front-of-house.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years experience managing a **full service restaurant** or hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
