Out of This World Home Services is a residential plumbing company looking to hire a part time CSR/office admin person to join our fast growing, award winning team
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service to our clients, and providing employees with a fun and supportive work environment with opportunities to grow
We are looking to fill the following shifts
- one weekday and a Thursday are necessary.
**Saturday-9am-5pm**
**Sunday-10am-3pm**
**Monday-7am-3pm**
**Tuesday-7am-3pm**
**Wednesday 7am-3pm**
**Thursday
- 7am-3pm**
**Friday 7am-3pm**
(please note
- we do have 3 office cats who like to “help” with tasks)
**Duties**:
- Outbound call clients to follow up on satisfaction of their service experience, following up on estimates, confirming appointments, etc.
- Other basic administrative and duties as directed (such as data entry, filing, responding to online reviews, filling out thank you cards to send clients, etc.)
- **Required skills and experience**:
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess all of our company core values (professionalism, integrity, honesty, drive to excel, team work, and positive attitude)
**Highly desired, but not required if there is a willingness to learn**:
- Experience using appointment booking platforms (such as ServiceTitan or Jobber)
- Experience dealing with clients by phone
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-24 per week
**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
