Century Initiative is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a CSR Specialist, you will represent internationally-known brands and play a pivotal role in marketing and acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Promote multiple brands to new and existing customers
Acquire potential customers on behalf of represented brands
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or related fields is an asset but not required
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong communication skills
Goal and detail-oriented

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
