This Baking Co-Op will assist the technical team in the kitchen. This program will expose inspiring bakers to various industry customer channels, baking principles, and techniques. In addition, there will be extensive hands-on work focused on Dawn Foods Manufactured products as well as commodities. **Schedule**: This position typically follows a traditional Monday through Friday schedule. While most workdays adhere to standard hours, there may be occasions that require earlier start times or later end times to meet business needs. **Compensation**:This role offers $24 per hour with eligibility for overtime pay. **What You'll Do as a Baking Co-Op** - Shadow and learn from a seasoned Technical Sales & Service Representatives (TSR) in real world bakery settings including multiple customers, channels and environments. - Assist in baking various products following recipes and guidelines and support the team in the Kitchen - Measuring and combining ingredients and safely using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment - Adhere to food safety standards and procedures - Engage and interact with other teams to continuously improve knowledge of the industry and region - To organize raw materials /finished products and stand displays when required - Any other tasks/assignments that may be assigned - Gain a full set of skills around Dawn ingredients.
