The Sales & Marketing Co-op Student, reporting to the Business Development Manager, is responsible for assisting with sales activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. You will support business development and marketing processes, and interact with numerous business units within. This co-op term starts in May.

Your work will include:

- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team on sales development activities including;
- Create and maintain a customer database
- Input contact and profile information
- SharePoint Management & related activities
- Manage and document correspondence between Sales team and clients/prospects.
- Responsible for inputting Bulk Leads (opportunities) in CRM
- Assist with planning of Trade Shows, Sales Meetings, Sales Training and other Sales special events
- Support the Proposal team by completing the administration activities including;
- Assist Business Development team with review of all bids, review master files and advise the Business Units (i.e. Sales, Proposals & Marketing) of client expectations & terms.
- Assist Proposal Teams with RFI/Prequalification packages
- Collaborate with Marketing Department and Project Managers to assist with Project Profiles creation
- Updating Reference Sheets
- Monitor Bid Sites Nationally & add leads to CRM
- Provide administrative support with marketing activities including the following;
- Utilize social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate internal & external promotions and coordination of Sales & Marketing projects
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to provide administrative support, collecting/reporting on sales data, graphic design responsibilities for Sales and Operations - Provide general administrative support as required
- Coordinate and support marketing event.
- Assist in all non-client direct sales functions ie: presentations, brochures, social media in collaboration with sales and/or marketing

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Student in process of a Degree or Diploma program in Communications, Business Administration, or other related program.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
