**What You’ll Do**: As a vital part of our Safety Department, you will report directly to the Safety Manager and take on a variety of exciting tasks, including:

- ** Track and Report**: Keep vital programs running smoothly, including fatigue management, investigations, and training programs.
- ** Onboard New Talent**: Play a pivotal role in welcoming new employees, setting up their safety training, Drug & Alcohol testing, and ensuring they have the necessary PPE.
- ** Engage with Technology**: Assist in creating compelling presentations, reports, and safety communications, while utilizing tools like PowerPoint and YouTube.
- ** Collaborate for Safety**: Work with the Safety Manager and third-party vendors to manage WCB claims and help drive our safety initiatives forward.
- ** Analyze Trends**: Dive into health and safety statistics and incident trends, providing invaluable insights to enhance our safety culture.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and maintain an orderly workflow.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in handling data, reports, and documentation.
- Experience in an administrative role within a safety department or the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong data-gathering skills and a knack for report preparation.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Safety Incident Management software (like Enablon) is an asset.
