**ROLE SUMMARY**:

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As the Safety Coordinator you will be responsible to:
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to ensure compliance with OH&S Regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, addressing any hazards or safety concerns promptly.
- Provide safety training and presentations to staff and subcontractors as needed.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and management to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Assist with incident investigations and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
As the Safety Coordinator, you will bring:
- Preferred: National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification.
- Acceptable: National Health and Safety Administrator (NHSA) certification or equivalent safety qualifications.
- If you do not possess formal safety certifications, you must have relevant construction experience.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate safety information clearly.
- Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

- Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Safety certificates (SCOT, First Aid, etc.)
