**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing 100-120 clients per month
- Understanding Commercial leasing contracts, structure and terms
- Discovering client needs, building rapport and negotiating/closing deals
- Initiates contacts for developing new sources of business. Cultivates and maintains relationships with numerous sources of new business. Arranging phone meetings with clients to explain leasing services, rates, and terms of lease agreements
- Interviews prospective lessees to develop background information to determine acceptable credit risk
- Structure, design, and propose viable lease transactions. Work with clients to tailor agreements that meet customer needs from the beginning of the deal to the close
- Manage customer relationships on an ongoing basis by monitoring and being proactive with respect to the changing dynamics of the market conditions and competition
- Ability to operate at a high level with little to no management
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

**MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Minimum 1 year Commercial Leasing Experience
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Independent self-starter and proactive marketer
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with lessors, senior management, and banking institutions
- Professional sales, marketing, and presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
