**The Responsibilities**:
- Collect Pre-Authorized Debit Agreements, Tenant Contact Info and other on-boarding details for new Tenants
- Ensure Annual and New Tenant Invoices are prepared and delivered to Tenants
- Create Tenant Rental invoices
- Create and manage Tenant Lease Abstracts
- Manage Tenant lease files
- Create Tenant invoice master file for new properties and new Tenants
- Set up New Tenants in Yardi
- Manage Tenant charges in Yardi
- Prepare and Manage Tenant Rent Schedules and update Property Rent Roll
- Notify Tenants and leasing team of anticipated lease termination and renewal dates
- Manage New and Modified Lease processes from start to finish
- Prepare Monthly Arrears Report for PM and provide weekly updates on AR payments
- Update Tenancies in Property Budget Worksheets
- Transcribe Tenant lease details to Base Tenant worksheets
- Set up yearly Tenant invoice templates
- Prepare Tenant AR statements
- Manage and coordinate Tenant move out/move in procedures and letters
- Coordinate Tenant Improvements with management
- Manage and update records for Parking and Storage Units
- Interpret commercial lease provisions
- Review commercial leases and identify CAM cost allocations and special provisions
**What You Will Need**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in lease administration
- Real Estate Council of B.C. Rental License an asset but not mandatory
- Experience in property accounting, CAM reconciliations
- Experience in commercial lease interpretation
- Strong in communication and response time an asset
- Familiar with commercial triple net and gross leases
- Strong time management, organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Adobe and Word, Microsoft Office
- Experience with Yardi Software

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
