**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including preparing cheques and maintaining accurate records.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports with organized and accurate data.
- Verify invoices, ensure payment documentation, and support tax compliance.
- Perform data entry, organize financial files, and monitor expenses to align with budget goals.
- Analyze budget variances and provide insights for financial decision-making.
- Assist the HR Partner with payroll operations as needed.
- Manage government filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and government compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Bilingualism (English/French).
