**Administrative Assistant**

**Job Duties**:

- Assist with preparing and organizing documentation and reports
- Support inventory management and record keeping
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Process billing and administrative paperwork
- Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide customer support
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Legal status to work in Ontario for a 2-year employment term
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ontario Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs (preferred)
- Experience with pharmacy management software such as Kroll Paperless Pharmacy Management Software and McKesson Blistassist Packaging System is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $53,352.00 per year
