We are a busy, fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to manage a variety of administrative and customer-service tasks with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in person and by phone with a high level of professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and update patient information
  • Support clinicians with administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming inquiries, messages, and correspondence
  • Perform general office duties, including scanning, filing, and data entry

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning, and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
  • Proficient with computers, including the use of electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling systems, and standard office software

Shifts: Monday and Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Tuesday- Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 9am-6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
