**Office Manager**
Zemlar Offices is an all-in-one business workspace solution provider across the GTA since 2011. We provide customized furnished private office spaces, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, one day office, and virtual office services.
- Reports, maintains and coordinates with the management team to ensure that the site is well organized and taken care of
- Develops and maintains a filing system (electronically and hard copies)
- Meets and greets clients/visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
- Provides general support to clients/visitors by answering their questions and requests
- Coordinate with the sales team for prospect clients' site viewing.
- Maintain and update data on Salesforce and other digital platforms.
- Offers full information about the available offices and Zemlar Offices services
- Report expenses, follow up with clients on monthly payments and update the rent collection sheet
- Book conference rooms and one-day office usage
- Draft confidential correspondence, presentations and other documents for multiple stakeholders.
- Effectively handles and/or escalates inquiries, complaints and requests from clients or prospects.
- Additional duties as assigned
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, receptionist, customer services or relevant role, considered an asset.
**Job Type**: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 6 hours a day
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
